Our Strength
At Shiva Ghaziabad Forgings (P) Ltd., we are empowered by a world class infrastructure. The infrastructural facilities of our company include the following:
- Forging shop: This unit comprises of two hammers: steam operated hammer for open forging (10 ton) and steam operated hammer for ring (10 ton)
- Machine shop: We have an advanced machine shop with different sizes of lathe machines, shapers, radial drill machines, grinders and vertical turning machines
- Heat treatment: The heat treatment facility is equipped with water oil quenching setup (forging is heat treated: normalized, annealed, quenched, tempered, solution annealed)
Besides the above mentioned facilities, we are empowered by a highly skilled and experienced workforce which has been leading us successfully to serve our clients in the best possible manner.
